Free resources: University Mental Health Day 2024

red line divider

The 14th of March marks the University Mental Health Day (#UniMentalHealthDay). Organised by Student Minds and the University Mental Health Advisory Network (UMHAN), it's a day dedicated to putting student mental health at the forefront of conversations and agendas.

Student well learning and wellbeing go hand in hand: there's growing expectation on faculty to provide mental health and wellbeing support. However, support can struggle to cut through the noise of university life. With that in mind, we put together a collection of resources from our study skills guides to demystify mental health management, equipping both students and faculty to cope with stressors, overcome challenges and put mental wellbeing first
